Co-Founder and CEO
Omri has an army background and has founded several 7-figure companies with successful exits. He lives in Philadelphia. Omri strongly believes that most companies succeed due to the exceptional execution of an ordinary idea. Outside of work, you can find him playing tennis, surfing or enjoying the great outdoors!
Customer Success Manager
After serving in the Special Forces, Eitan worked in the real estate industry. Now he is the customer success manager of BST. He thrives on building human connections and loves to see his clients succeed. His favorite part about his role is getting to work closely with others.

Yair is an international business consultant, trainer, keynote speaker, researcher, and author. He has over 25 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, Management, and Leadership. Yair is a big believer in the value of lifelong learning, and finds happiness in getting people to unlock their potential.
Yair also wrote 3 successful books, and he is a known international lecturer.

Jonathan has decades of experience in leading sales teams across the world, from small businesses to multi-million dollar organizations. A family man, he’s been married for over 30 years and has two kids at university. He’s an avid mountain biker and Miami Heat supporter.

development of sales and customer service professionals within the B2C retail sector.
Meghan believes that consistent training, upskilling and development of company employees in
any sector is one of the primary foundations for long-term success and employee satisfaction.
She is passionate about her role with BST as it combines her passion for people, with her
passion for communication and education. Outside of the office, she is an aerial fitness
enthusiast, nature lover and explorer. She lives in Bali with her 7-year-old daughter.

He has an MBA from Penn State and participates in Triathlons. He has a steadfast conviction that each individual possesses the capacity to attain any objective to which they set their mind.
